This is a PDF document stamper and watermarking tool.

Boxoft PDF Stamper is a PDF watermark tool. Since this is quite versatile in letting you add images, texts, date, time and link watermark, etc. it can be used for the regulatory requirement of document stamping via Bates numbering in legal documents. A batch of PDF documents can be processed together for watermarking/stamping as required. When using text for watermarking, you can make the watermark dynamic through a macro functionality available with the tool. You can also use PDF file name, metadata information, and date time as the watermark. As images can be used for watermarking, the image can be the company logo, marking the document to be clearly the property of your company. Opacity/transparency of the text/image watermark can be set for the most appropriate level.

Images to be used for the watermarking can be in any of several formats, including TIFF, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, JPEG2000, TGA, PCX, WMF, EMF. The watermarks can be placed anywhere in the page including header and footer areas. If you need to, only parts of the pages, such as only the odd pages, can be marked. The watermarks could be rotated to any angle too. Resizing of the image is also supported, no need to get out to another application for that. There are a range of preset stamps available that can save you a lot of time, if any one of these could be used. The interface is simple and intuitive making it quite a useful and versatile tool for marking/stamping your PDF documents.
